LVBA 2012-13 Winter Workout...

Price is $140 a month. You get four 90-minute sessions per month.

The Winter Workout runs for 5 months. If you pay for all 5 months up front, you will receive a $100 discount. No refunds.

The sessions go once a week for 90 minutes. Each session starts with a dynamic warm-up, and then each participant will be rotated into three different stations. There is a hitting station, a pitching/throwing station and a fielding station.

LVBA’s professional staff will administer all sessions of the Winter Workout.

Session 1 (ages 10 & under)
Session 1 -- November 3, 10, 17, 24 (Saturday, 2:15 - 3:45 p.m.)
Session 2 -- December 1, 8 ,15, 22 (Saturday, 2:15 - 3:45 p.m.)
Session 3 -- January 5, 12, 19, 26 (Saturday, 2:15 - 3:45 p.m.)
Session 4 -- February 2, 9, 16, 23 (Saturday, 2:15 - 3:45 p.m.)
Session 5 -- March 9, 16, 23, 30 (Saturday, 2:15 - 3:45 p.m.)
